Written report highlighting; areas of concern, potential solutions, product suggestions, cost of works & potential annual saving estimations and room by room breakdown.
Conditions
The applicant must be the Freeholder, Leaseholder or their authorised representative.
The applicant must be present during the on-site visual assessment.
The property to be assessed must be clean and safe to enter in it’s entirety.
We require a copy of the property’s latest gas and electricity bill (if available).
Cost
From £360 Inc VAT (based on size of building)
